Pickled Cucumbers
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups water 
- 1 cup vinegar 
- 3 TBS sugar 
- 1 TBS salt 
- Handful Black peppercorns 
- 3 crushed garlic cloves 
- 6 bay leaves 
- Cucumbers (either whole or cut) 
METHOD
- Heat all ingredients in pot. 
- Bring to boil. 
- Place cucumbers in pickling jar. 
- Pour over cucumbers. 
- Make sure cooled before placing in fridge. Ready in 2-3 days.
