Tuna Zoodle Bake
INGREDIENTS
2 zucchinis spiralised
1/2 small white onion diced
1 cup sliced mushrooms
95g tuna
2-3 Tbsp ricotta
2-3 Tbsp Saccla sauce ( cherry tomato and basil) or any napoletana sauce
Oil
Maldon salt
Black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Spray pan with olive oil. 
- Sauté onion until translucent. 
- Add mushrooms and sauté until soft. Sprinkle salt. 
- Add zoodles. Cook until soft but still remaining it's shape. 
- Drain any excess fluid in pan. 
- Add tuna and mix. 
- Add Saccla sauce. Mix well. 
- Pour into bowl. Sprinkle with ricotta and grind black pepper as desired. 
- Bake in oven at 18O C for about 15 min or as desired.
