Health Bread
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups wholemeal flour 
- 1 cup sesame seeds 
- 1 cup sunflower seeds 
- 1/2 cup poppy seeds 
- 2 heaped Tbsp honey 
- 1 tsp salt 
- 1 tsp bicarbonate soda 
- 500ml buttermilk ( I use the 98% fat free dairy farmers) 
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees. 
- Line a bread tin with baking paper . 
- Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl. 
- Add the honey and mix well. 
- Pour in the buttermilk and mix until all dry ingredients combined. 
- Place in lined bread tin. 
- Sprinkle with sunflower and sesame seeds. 
- Bake for 60 min or until cooked through. 
NOTES
- Note: 30g piece of bread is equivalent to one serve.
